Just as one can expect from a service that belongs to a reputable company (Bartleby is part of the Barnes & Noble organization), samples mostly were of high quality and didn’t have any problems with logical structuring and formatting. If you consider the question “Is Bartleby worth it?” you’d need to include the high subscription price and rather limited selection of samples into the equation. Bartleby customer service can’t be called the fastest since there’s no live chat. You can reach out to it by phone or via email, but the answer won’t be immediate.

Bartleby promises that you can end the subscription at any time through your account settings. Drawing the line, I can tell that bartleby.com can be called a legal business which, despite its numerous issues, tries to look better than it actually is.
